Your quoted price includes all standard charges such as tolls, parking, taxes, and chauffeur allowances. No hidden fees—unless there’s a major change in itinerary or usage.
A LuxDrovia team member will coordinate with you before and during the trip. If your usage may result in extra charges, we will inform you in advance—so there are no billing surprises.
All payments are processed securely online. LuxDrovia supports:
Cancel your booking at least 24 hours in advance of the scheduled pickup time and receive a 100% refund.
Refunds are processed within 3 business days. Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take up to 10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.
Bookings made with less than 24 hours’ notice or for same-day travel must be prepaid in full. Our cancellation policy still applies, but refunds may be limited due to operational logistics and vehicle scheduling constraints.
