At LuxDrovia, we stand by our values of honesty, transparency, and accountability. These principles guide our pricing structure and our approach to cancellations. We understand that plans can change, and we aim to offer a policy that’s fair to both our customers and the professional chauffeurs we work with.
Transparent & Inclusive Pricing
All-Inclusive Quotations
Your quoted price includes all standard charges such as tolls, parking, taxes, and chauffeur allowances. No hidden fees—unless there’s a major change in itinerary or usage.
No Hourly or Per-Kilometer Charges
- Local travel includes up to 8 hours per day and 80 kilometers of usage within city limits.
- Outstation/intercity trips are available for up to 12 hours of usage daily.
Proactive Trip Management
A LuxDrovia team member will coordinate with you before and during the trip. If your usage may result in extra charges, we will inform you in advance—so there are no billing surprises.

Cancellations & Refund Policy
Full Refund for Early Cancellations
Cancel your booking at least 24 hours in advance of the scheduled pickup time and receive a 100% refund.
Refund Timeline
Refunds are processed within 3 business days. Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take up to 10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.
Short-Notice or One-Day Bookings
Bookings made with less than 24 hours’ notice or for same-day travel must be prepaid in full. Our cancellation policy still applies, but refunds may be limited due to operational logistics and vehicle scheduling constraints.
