Cancellation Policy – LuxDrovia

At LuxDrovia, we stand by our values of honesty, transparency, and accountability. These principles guide our pricing structure, booking process, payment terms, cancellation policy, and refund handling. We understand that travel plans can change due to flight delays, business schedule changes, family requirements, weather, health concerns, or other unforeseen circumstances. Our goal is to offer a policy that is fair to customers while also respecting the time, planning, and operational commitment of the professional chauffeurs and service partners who support each LuxDrovia journey.
This policy applies to bookings made through the LuxDrovia website, WhatsApp, phone, email, customer support channels, or any other official LuxDrovia booking workflow. It covers city rides, airport transfers, corporate rides, full-day chauffeur disposal, outstation trips, intercity travel, multi-day itineraries, and any other chauffeur-driven service arranged by LuxDrovia.
Transparent & Inclusive Pricing
All-Inclusive Quotations
Your quoted price is designed to be clear and easy to understand. Unless specifically mentioned otherwise, standard charges such as tolls, parking, applicable taxes, chauffeur allowances, and basic trip coordination are included in the quotation shared with you. LuxDrovia does not believe in surprise billing or unclear fare structures. Any known charge that applies to your trip will be communicated before confirmation wherever possible.
No Hidden Hourly or Per-Kilometer Surprises
- Local travel generally includes up to 8 hours per day and 80 kilometers of usage within city limits.
- Outstation and intercity trips are generally planned for up to 12 hours of usage per day, depending on the route and itinerary.
- Multi-day trips may include driver allowance, route planning, state taxes, tolls, parking, and overnight coordination as applicable.
If your travel exceeds the agreed usage, changes route significantly, adds waiting time, requires extra stops, extends beyond the planned duration, or includes a major change in itinerary, additional charges may apply. In such cases, the LuxDrovia team will make reasonable efforts to inform you in advance so that you remain in control of the cost.
Proactive Trip Management
A LuxDrovia team member may coordinate with you before and during the trip to confirm pickup details, reporting time, route requirements, vehicle suitability, passenger count, luggage requirements, and any special instructions. If your usage pattern may result in additional charges, we aim to communicate this before the cost is incurred. Our objective is to make premium chauffeur-driven travel predictable, comfortable, and professionally managed.
Secure & Convenient Payment Options
LuxDrovia supports secure online and digital payment options to make the booking process convenient for domestic and international travelers. Payment options may include:
- Credit and Debit Cards
- UPI
- Net Banking
- Bank Transfers
- Indian E-Wallets
- Multi-currency support for international travelers, excluding PayPal
Some bookings may require advance payment or full prepayment, depending on the service type, vehicle category, travel distance, availability, pickup time, or operational complexity. For high-demand dates, late-night airport transfers, long-distance routes, same-day rides, premium fleet requests, and multi-day itineraries, payment confirmation may be required before vehicle allocation.
Cancellations & Refund Policy
Full Refund for Early Cancellations
If you cancel your booking at least 24 hours before the scheduled pickup time, you are eligible for a 100% refund of the amount paid, unless a special non-refundable arrangement was clearly communicated at the time of booking. Early cancellation allows LuxDrovia to release the assigned chauffeur and vehicle without significant operational loss.
Short-Notice Cancellations
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled pickup time may be subject to partial refund, cancellation charges, or no refund, depending on the booking type and operational status. If a chauffeur has already been assigned, the vehicle has been dispatched, or the trip has been blocked exclusively for you, LuxDrovia may deduct reasonable costs before processing any eligible refund.
Same-Day and One-Day Bookings
Bookings made with less than 24 hours’ notice or for same-day travel may require full prepayment. While our cancellation policy still applies, refunds may be limited due to immediate operational arrangements, vehicle scheduling, chauffeur allocation, route planning, and last-minute booking constraints.
No-Show and Unreachable Customer Cases
If the chauffeur reaches the agreed pickup location and the customer does not arrive, cannot be contacted, or does not proceed with the ride within the agreed waiting period, the booking may be treated as a no-show. In such cases, the booking amount may be non-refundable, subject to LuxDrovia’s discretion and the specific circumstances of the trip.
Flight Delays and Airport Transfers
For airport transfer bookings, customers are encouraged to share the correct flight number at the time of booking. Where flight tracking is available, LuxDrovia may adjust the pickup timing based on flight delays or early arrivals. However, major changes in terminal, date, airport, destination, or waiting duration may affect the final fare or availability.
Refund Timeline
Approved refunds are normally processed by LuxDrovia within 3 business days. Depending on your bank, card issuer, payment gateway, or payment provider, it may take up to 10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account. LuxDrovia is not responsible for delays caused by banks, payment processors, or third-party financial institutions after the refund has been initiated.
Changes to Bookings
We will try to accommodate reasonable changes to pickup time, pickup location, drop location, route, passenger count, luggage requirements, vehicle category, or travel date. However, changes are subject to availability and may result in revised pricing. Any confirmed change must be acknowledged by LuxDrovia through an official support or booking communication channel.

To cancel or modify a booking, please contact LuxDrovia through the same channel used for booking or through our official customer support contact. Please include your name, booking details, travel date, pickup location, and reason for cancellation so our team can review and process your request efficiently.
LuxDrovia reserves the right to update this Cancellation & Pricing Policy from time to time. Continued use of our services after updates indicates your acceptance of the revised policy.
