By using the Platform, requesting a quote, confirming a booking, contacting our team, or using any LuxDrovia service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not accept any part of these Terms, you must stop using the Platform and should not proceed with a booking.

1.2 Eligibility

You must be 18 years of age or older to use LuxDrovia’s services or make a booking on behalf of yourself, your company, your family, your guests or any other passenger. By using the Platform, you confirm that you meet this eligibility requirement and that any information you provide is accurate, complete and authorized.

2. Use of the Platform

3. Bookings, Quotations and Service Requests

Any quotation shared by LuxDrovia is based on the information provided by you, including pickup location, drop location, travel date, timing, route, vehicle requirement, passenger count, luggage details and itinerary type. A booking is considered confirmed only after LuxDrovia accepts the request and any required payment or advance is completed. Availability of vehicles, chauffeurs and service partners may vary by city, date, time, route and operational conditions.

You are responsible for providing correct travel details. Changes in route, timing, destination, vehicle use, waiting time, additional stops or itinerary may lead to revised pricing or availability. LuxDrovia will make reasonable efforts to communicate any applicable changes in charges before or during the trip wherever practical.

4. User Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Engage in any activity that disrupts or degrades the performance of the Platform.
  • Introduce malware or unauthorized software to the system.
  • Access secured areas of the Platform without authorization.
  • Use the Platform to transmit spam, unsolicited promotions or harmful content.
  • Abuse, threaten, harass or endanger chauffeurs, support staff, service partners or other passengers.
  • Use the vehicle for illegal transportation, unsafe conduct or any purpose prohibited by applicable law.

5. Customer Responsibilities

Customers are expected to be available at the pickup location at the confirmed reporting time, provide accurate contact details, follow reasonable chauffeur and safety instructions, and ensure that luggage, passenger count and route requirements are communicated in advance. Customers must not ask chauffeurs to violate traffic rules, speed limits, permit conditions, safety norms or legal requirements.

6. Pricing, Payment and Cancellation

Pricing, payment requirements, cancellation eligibility and refund timelines may vary depending on service type, route, timing, vehicle category, booking notice period and operational arrangements. By confirming a booking, you agree to the pricing and cancellation terms communicated to you.

7. Access Control

LuxDrovia reserves the right to restrict access to specific sections of the website, suspend features, decline bookings or limit service availability at its discretion. If you are provided with login credentials in the future, you will be responsible for keeping them confidential and secure. Any activity carried out through your account or booking details may be treated as authorized unless reported promptly.

8. Changes to Terms

LuxDrovia may revise these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in operations, services, technology, legal requirements or business practices. Updated terms will be posted on this page with a revised date. Continued use of the Platform or services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

9. Termination of Use

We reserve the right to suspend or permanently disable your access to the Platform without notice if we believe you have violated these Terms, misused the service, provided false information, failed to make required payments, endangered personnel, or used the Platform in a way that may harm LuxDrovia, its customers, chauffeurs or partners. 10. Disclaimers and Limitations

10.1 Service Availability

LuxDrovia provides its Platform and services on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. While we aim to provide reliable chauffeur-driven travel services, we do not guarantee uninterrupted website access, vehicle availability in every location, or freedom from delays caused by traffic, weather, government restrictions, road closures, accidents, mechanical issues, force majeure events or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

10.2 Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, LuxDrovia shall not be liable for:

  • Indirect, incidental, consequential or special damages.
  • Loss of profits, data, business opportunity or operational downtime.
  • Delays or losses caused by inaccurate information provided by the customer.
  • Amounts exceeding the fee paid for the specific booking from which a claim arises, where applicable.

11. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless LuxDrovia, its affiliates, employees, representatives, chauffeurs, vendors and partners from any claim, loss, demand, damage, liability, cost or dispute arising out of your misuse of the Platform, breach of these Terms, violation of law, inaccurate booking information, unsafe conduct or infringement of any third-party rights.

12. User-Generated Content and Feedback

By submitting reviews, testimonials, feedback, suggestions, images, comments or other content to LuxDrovia, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, edit and display that content for service improvement, customer support or promotional purposes, so long as such use does not violate applicable privacy rights or any specific confidentiality agreement.

13. Violations

If LuxDrovia suspects a breach of these Terms, we reserve the right to take appropriate action, including removing access, cancelling or refusing bookings, reporting unlawful activity to authorities, preserving relevant records and initiating legal action where necessary.

14. Assignment

LuxDrovia may assign or transfer its rights and responsibilities under these Terms without notice as part of business operations, restructuring, partnership, transfer or legal compliance. You may not assign your obligations under these Terms without prior written consent from LuxDrovia.

15. Severability

If any provision in these Terms is deemed invalid, illegal or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to remain valid and enforceable to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law. The invalid provision may be replaced or interpreted in a way that most closely reflects the original intent.

16. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, Cancellation & Pricing Policy, and any booking-specific terms communicated to you, constitute the full agreement between you and LuxDrovia concerning use of the Platform and services. They supersede any prior communications or understandings relating to the same subject matter.

17. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts located in India, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
